Scaffolding Sales/Business Development
_____Proscaff Enterprises is looking to hire a Scaffold Business Developer/Sales Leader who will have the opportunity to join a growth minded team of professionals looking to expand its client base, revenues, and profits.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management Team, the Business Developer will desire to grow in his/her career in sales/business development, making a positive and lasting contribution to the company’s value and bottom line.
The successful candidate will be expected to work both from home and office, combined with visits at clients and prospects.

- At least 5 years of scaffolding industry experience

Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take a lead role in developing new clientele with the aim of increasing business in Eastern Canada and, possibly, North East United States. The target market will be adjusted depending on results and company needs. Objectives for sales and growth will be established quarterly and annually. The primary focus will be sales of the Proscaff “Ring Lock” scaffold system. Additional scaffold/product lines may be added.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Development of sales strategies/targets, execution, and follow-up
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations/proposals.
- Reporting – weekly/monthly sales activities
- Forecasting revenue and supply needs
- Account management
- Competitive analysis – participate in shaping up the company’s marketing strategy.
- All additional tasks as required to successfully develop new clients and retain existing ones.
Compensation
Compensation package for this position will be in the form of a base salary plus commissions, rewarding results and entrepreneurship. Business-related expenses will be reimbursed monthly. Vacation and medical benefits.
